Product Description

CZL-YB-××SP(-D) type digital load cell has following functions:

• Output signal is digital signal, and it is suitable for remote transmission

• High communication rate, strong interference resistance, built-in overload protection circuit, having surge resistance, and able to bear electronic interference and radio frequency interference

• Bus structure is convenient for using in several digital load cells, and maximum 32 digital load cells can be connected within one system

• It has failure self-diagnosis function, error code will occur when digital load cell has error, and failure cause can be judged according to code, so as to make its use more conveniently

• It can use digital technology to realize own compensation of various parameters of load cell such as non-linearity and temperature performance

• No calibration is required on scale again after replacing digital load cell

• Feature parameters of load cell can be made according to command so as to realize automatic finishing of tilting load (four corners) calibration by one time

• It has strong anti-cheat function by comparing with analog load cell
